Shipping & Delivery

The cost of shipping is determined by the size and weight of your order, automatically calculated during checkout.

Shipped orders are generally dispatched within 1 - 5 business days after receipt of payment (depending on volume, staffing, etc.).

Packages are shipped via FedEx Ground with tracking info emailed when available.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will be extra, to which you will be notified of the shipping charges and you will be given the option to proceed or cancel your order.

We ship Monday - Friday only.


Lost or Stolen Items

While it's generally not an issue, we will NOT be held responsible for any lost or stolen items that are left on a doorstep. If you have a problem with lost or stolen packages in your neighborhood, you will need to remedy the situation on your end before placing an order.

If needed, we can accommodate requests made to place a package in a particular area (e.g. by the gate, around the side of the house, etc.).


Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee your 100% satisfaction on every product we sell.

  • All returned items must be received by us - in the same, re-sellable condition - before providing a replacement, credit or refund.

  • Food and Supplements are not returnable for any reason.

  • Perishable items (e.g. Scenting Juices) are non-refundable.

  • Care and Remedy products such as (e.g. Mite Spray) are not returnable for any reason.

  • Shipping charges are always non-refundable, unless we accidentally sent the wrong product.

All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You may email us at for pre-approval and a RAN. Shipped returns must be sent back to us via FedEx or UPS, at your expense (unless other arrangements are pre-approved), and must arrive at our location within 20 days from the original shipment date. Final approval is determined by us upon inspection of the returned product(s). The determination is based solely on the product being in acceptable, unused, resalable condition with the original packaging.

We have a high level of quality control with each product we ship to you. However, if you open a product and discover any sort of damage or defect that was caused during shipping, please contact us immediately for a replacement product. A photo of the damaged product and shipping box will be required so that we can provide it to the shipping carrier.


Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy.
