Social Media & Content Marketing Manager
Lugarti is a leading innovator in the reptile industry, dedicated to creating premium products for reptile enthusiasts and passionate herpetoculturists. We’re seeking a creative, driven, and reptile-loving individual to lead our social media presence and develop engaging YouTube content. While we prefer someone based in Northern Texas (DFW area), we're open to exceptional candidates from anywhere in the world.
What You'll Do:
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube)
Film, edit, and publish high-quality YouTube videos featuring educational content and product spotlights
Grow and engage our audience with a strong brand voice that’s educational, fun, and community-driven
Monitor trends in reptile culture, social media, and content marketing
Collaborate with our team to promote new product launches, events, and campaigns
Engage directly with our fans and followers, building a loyal community
Track analytics and report on performance to drive strategic decisions
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Are passionate about reptiles and the reptile hobby
Have 2+ years of experience managing social media and creating YouTube content
Know your way around video editing tools like Final Cut, Premiere, or DaVinci
Have strong storytelling skills and a great eye for design and visual aesthetics
Are organized, self-motivated, and love working in a fast-paced, creative environment
Are comfortable on camera and can bring energy and authenticity to the Lugarti brand
Are self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects
Bonus Points:
Experience with paid ads, influencer outreach, and community building
Familiarity with Lugarti products, the reptile industry, and/or herpetoculture trends
Offering:
$20 - $35+/hr - Part-time / Full-time
