Lugarti® HabiSeal™ is a flexible waterproofing membrane engineered for habitat construction. Applied by brush or roller, it cures into a durable, elastomeric barrier that becomes part of the enclosure, sealing surfaces against moisture intrusion.

Designed to move with the materials beneath it, HabiSeal™ delivers professional-grade waterproofing built to last. Once fully cured, HabiSeal™ is inert, odorless, and suitable for use in the demanding environments common to reptile, amphibian, and aquatic systems.

HabiSeal’s™ neutral base provides complete color control when tinted with Lugarti® TerraTint™ prior to application, allowing custom finishes ranging from subtle natural tones to richly detailed habitat environments.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare - Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust, oils, waxes, and loose debris.

Mix - Stir thoroughly before use. Do not dilute. Lugarti® TerraTint™ may be added to achieve the desired color.

Apply - Apply a uniform coat using a brush or roller. Ensure complete coverage of all exposed surfaces.

Dry - Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats.*

Recoat - Apply 2–3 coats for maximum waterproofing performance.

Cure - Allow coating to fully cure before introducing water, habitat décor, or animals. Cure times vary depending on temperature, humidity, and coating thickness.*

Finish - Once fully cured, Lugarti® TerraPaint™ can be applied to enhance naturalistic surface detail.

Storage - Keep container tightly sealed when not in use. Store at room temperature. Protect from freezing.

*Dry and cure times are based on typical indoor conditions (70°F / 21°C, moderate humidity). Lower temperatures or higher humidity will extend drying and curing times.
